Greenwing is the release name for Dai’s work as a Songwriter/Producer.
“When I Loved You (Yesterday)” was the most recent Greenwing release, and marked the second collaboration between Dai Watts and vocalist Jane Milligan.
“When I Loved You (Yesterday)” also featured guitarist Julian Littman, who is currently touring with folk legends Steel Eye Span in the UK.
Working under the name Greenwing, Dai has had several releases as a writer/producer, including “Irreplaceable”- the first single to feature Spike Milligan’s Actor/Musician daughter Jane- and which had a radio audience of over a million listeners, and “It’s So Good”- feat. Daniel Pearce, vocalist on Dizzee Rascal’s No.1 hit “Dirtee Disco”- which was released in March 2010.
Dai also wrote and directed the videos for these two singles, featuring Hollywood actor Brian Cox and The Fast Show’s Charlie Higson.
